    You can withdraw cash for free at checkout with your Mastercard. A minimum purchase is required, which varies depending on the partner. Simply enter the desired withdrawal amount when you are paying.

  • Cash via App

    With the BBVA App you can withdraw and deposit cash at participating partners. Create a barcode and have it scanned at checkout in order to withdraw or deposit the desired amount.

using your physical or digital debit card.
  • Requirement: a minimum in-store purchase between €5 and €20.
  • Simply state the cash amount you would like to withdraw at the checkout.
  • The cash is added to the purchase value, shown on the receipt and paid out.
  • As usual, the amount will be debited from your current account.
  • Just as you would with an ATM withdrawal, you enter your PIN at checkout to confirm the payment and protect yourself from fraud.

*With Cash via App, customers in Germany can withdraw cash directly from their account, and make deposits. The transaction is completed by showing a barcode at the checkout of a participating retailer; a minimum purchase value is not needed.

Cash withdrawal: For the cash withdrawal via app service, the first 4 cash withdrawals per month are free, after which a fee of €2 per withdrawal applies.
