Users are obliged to comply with applicable legal provisions, to act in good faith and to respect public order. The users also undertake not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes and to refrain from any actions that may harm the image, interests, or rights of BBVA and/or third parties. The users also undertake to refrain from any actions that could damage, overload or otherwise impair the Website, or to use it in another way that hinders its normal operation and use. 

BBVA reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate users' access to the Website if they do not fully comply with the Terms of Use. All technical measures necessary for this purpose may be taken.

Website content

BBVA and its licensors are the owners of the Website's intellectual and industrial property rights. The receipt of a notice under this clause does not constitute actual knowledge by BBVA of the activities and/or content specified by the reporting person, unless such knowledge is evident. BBVA's responsibility

Users should be aware that communication over open networks, which are subject to different kinds of threats, cannot be regarded as fully secure. It is the sole responsibility of the User to implement all appropriate technical measures in order to adequately check for these threats. These include systems for detecting malicious software such as viruses, Trojans, etc. as well as updating the security patches in the relevant browsers. BBVA is liable for damages if and to the extent that they are due to intent or gross negligence. The same applies in the event of a breach of a cardinal obligation, i.e. an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for properly executing the promotion and achieving the purpose of the contract, and on whose compliance the promotion participant can regularly rely.
