How to manage card functions

  • Select your card in the BBVA app.
  • Click on “Restrict/limit functionalities”.
  • Choose the function you want to restrict.
  • You will receive a code via text message to confirm the transaction.
  • You can lift the restriction at any time by entering the relevant code.

Review and change your PIN directly in the BBVA App

If you want to change the PIN of your BBVA debit card, this can be easily done via the app.
  • Open the BBVA App.
  • Provide your login credentials or use biometric recognition.
  • Click on the card and then on “Show more”.
  • Select “change PIN” and enter the new code.
