This is how you can transfer data from one browser to another
Exporting and importing between browsers is very easy. After you have downloaded the new browser, open a new window and look in the menu in the top right corner for the option to import data from your old browser.
- Chrome: Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner. Go to "Settings" and click "Import bookmarks and settings." Select the browser from which you want to transfer data and specify which items (browser history, bookmarks, passwords, etc.) should be transferred. Clicking "Import" starts the transfer.
- Edge: Click on the "Favorites" icon in the top right corner. Select “More options” and then “Import favorites.” Select your source browser and the items you want to import.
- Firefox: Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner. Open the "Bookmarks" option, then "Manage bookmarks" and select "Import and backup." Select "Import data from another browser" and then the browser from which you want to import data. Clicking "Import" starts the transfer.
- Opera: Start Opera, click on the Opera logo in the upper left corner and click on “Settings.” Under "Synchronization," click "Import bookmarks and settings." You can choose which data to import and from which browser to retrieve it.
- Safari: In the menu list, click on "File," select "Import from" and click on the desired browser or on "Bookmark HTML file." Select the items you want to import and click "Import."
